    i shoot then i run the npc shoot the old same spot i go to a nother place like 3 sec and it registered that im still there a lot of times

    Most of the time the shot I hit someone, but it does not register, they move and ignore it.

    First I don’t understand how it works because when there is target that doesn’t hit me it said it hit me but it could be the person from the person I don’t understand the concept of the game I’m very confused
